Manager of Respiratory Care
BayCare Health System is currently in search of our newest Manger of Respiratory Care who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community at St. Anthonys Hospital.

The Manager of Respiratory Care is responsible for the day-to-day operations of respiratory care services at assigned facilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Staffing, fiscal management, development of policies, procedures, and protocols, quality improvement, and interaction with physicians.
• Assisting team members as needed, communicating information to team members as applicable and coaching, counseling and mentoring.

**Certifications and Licensures Required:**
+ RRT (Respiratory Therapy License)
+ Active NBRC Credential for RRT
+ BLS (Basic Life Support)
**Education Required:**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Master's in Management - Preferred
**Experience Required:**
+ 5 Years of Respiratory or Cardiopulmonary
+ 3 years of Management Role in a related field or Supervisory Role in a related field
+ Management Role in a related field - Preferred
**Specific Skills Required:**
+ Mentoring skills
+ Management skills
+ Computer skills appropriate to position
