**Summary:**

Performs direct and indirect patient care tasks under the direction of a RN or LPN.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

**Education:**

**Essential:**

* HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

**Education equivalent experience:**

**Essential:**

* Required - High School or Equivalent

**Credentials:**

**Essential:**

* Basic Life Support

* Paramedic

* ACLS

**Nonessential:**

* Pediatric Advanced Life Suppor

**Credential equivalent experience:**

**Essential:**

* Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - Paramedic; Required - ACLS (Cardiovascular); Preferred - PALS (Pediatric)

* Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - Paramedic; Required - ACLS (Cardiovascular); Preferred - PALS (Pediatric)

* Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - Paramedic; Required - ACLS (Cardiovascular); Preferred - PALS (Pediatric)

**Nonessential:**
