**Americas BPM Alliance Relationship Associate Director**

**The opportunity**

As EY continues to grow our Alliances, we need an Americas based Americas Alliance Relationship Associate Director (ARD) who can drive the BPM alliances including Pega and others coordinating with the respective Alliance Go to Market Leaders to manage the day-to-day aspects of the select alliance relationships – including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance program oversight, contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence. This is a great opportunity to work with people across the global as well as across multiple EY service lines and sectors.

**Your key responsibilities**

Your role will sit within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides alliance management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically, the Americas BPM ARD will work as part of the Global and Americas Alliance teams working directly with Alliance Global Go-to-Market Alliance Leadership, counterparts within the alliance partner’s organization and EY’s delivery practices to coordinate and deliver upon of the objectives of the alliances.

+ Develop and execute Americas BPM alliance strategy and objectives for the defined Field of Play

+ Facilitate top to top Americas BPM including Pega and other alliance relationships and program management to mobilize on big strategic bets, accelerate field engagement, and drive action including executing Americas BPM Alliance Governance Activities for the Field of Play

+ Drive results through disciplined, industrialized Americas BPM wide governance with clear accountability across Americas BPM level Service Line/practice, sectors, accounts/regions and alliance counterparts

+ Execute alliance Americas BPM alliance Business reviews, sharing progress with others in similar roles around the globe

+ Gain access to alliance programs and deploy alliance partner programs into Americas, driving local activation and compliance

+ Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting, and metrics as needed for individual alliance partner impact/influence

+ Activate new countries and regions across the globe ensuring proper governance is in place, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts

+ Drive Compliance with internal policies and requirements

+ Work with Area/Region Brand Marketing & Communication executives to execute Americas BPM/Pega Alliance marketing activities

+ Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights

This role location is flexible. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across Americas BPM alliances and across the Globe. The role will require some travel.

**To qualify for the role you must have:**

+ Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in the areas of: relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, strong relationship building skills and is highly organized

+ Understanding of technology and business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutions

+ Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company

+ Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships

+ Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes and delivering results actions across organizational boundaries

+ Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues

**What we offer**

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $200,000 to $385,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $240,000 to $437,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
