GDIT is looking for Network Operations ASI Coordinator supporting the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program supporting the USCENTCOM J6 in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate must be a team player.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Responsible for the overall management of intra/inter theater Authorized Services interruptions impacting the HQ and FWD HQ CENTCOM customers

- Prioritizing and managing ASI Requests as appropriate

- Processing, de-conflicting, and tracking ASI requests

- Provide impact assessments on network systems due to requested ASI

- Gather accurate information regarding outages, security calls that affect enterprise-wide services, and maintenance on USCENTCOM systems

- Completing trouble tickets using USCENTCOM approved systems and providing reports for situational awareness

**Education and/or Certifications:**

**Required:**

- 5+ years of relevant experience

- COMPTIA Security+ CE Certification

**Desired:**

- Master’s Degree with a focus in communication, computer science, engineering, or a related field of study

- ITIL V4 Certification

**Required Skills:**

- Working knowledge of Microsoft products like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and customers.

- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills in making the appropriate technical decisions.

- Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Desired Skills:**

- Experience with USCENTCOM and familiarity with its mission

- Knowledge and familiarity with USCENTCOM’s IT environment

**Clearance Requirement:**

- Active TS/SCI

**Travel Requirements:**

- Required USCENTCOM Exercise support of up to 10% Travel during the Year

The likely salary range for this position is $80,226 - $108,100. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
