As a Project Manager II- Business Activity Monitoring in Global Command Center, you will be part of the Payments Operations team who has its presence across the Globe and our Business Activity Monitoring team is spearheading the strategic initiatives of new product build out and enhancements to existing features for monitoring of the flow of payments globally and visibility into incident management. You will drive initiatives under stringent timelines and in a fast-paced dynamic environment and you'll need to have strong communication, influencing skills, strategic thinking, collaboration with multiple teams, flexibility and be result driven.
**Job responsibilities**
+ Manage commissioned projects from start to finish.
+ Collaborate with internal partners across Consumer Feedback, Communication, & Governance Programs.
+ Analyze complaint data to identify and present complaint drivers, trends, and actionable items
+ Evaluate bank processes and policies/procedures to identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
+ Escalate potential compliance and legal issues when appropriate.
+ Create effective, high quality presentations to deliver insights and recommendations to business partners.
+ Attend and contribute to meetings with CCB partners to discuss complaint drivers and deliver findings.
+ Present data to business users at the Director/VP/Executive levels
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ 7+ years' experience in Banking/Financial services.
+ Strong Payments knowledge and/or prior experience in driving strategic projects.
+ Strong Project management skills and ability to work independently
+ Strong problem solving, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
+ Ability to multi-task and manage and deliver competing priorities
+ Attention to detail with logical thought process
+ Self-motivated, tenacious with excellent time management/prioritization skills
+ Leverages the organization to deliver results quickly
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Well versed with Agile methodology and experience in driving projects under the said framework.
+ Strong Microsoft office skills
+ Experience in designing, delivering & presenting executive level content
+ Adept at working in matrix organization and dynamic high performance teams
