This position is RESIDENTIAL HVAC only.

Key Responsibilities for our HVAC Technicians (partial list):

Ensure customers understand maintenance procedures and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements.
Protect the customer’s home with appropriate coverings for all work performed.
Remove and replace all equipment, materials, and trash from every job in a safe, clean, organized, and efficient manner.
Finish all work within the allocated time for the job.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, electrical checks, airflow measurements, refrigerant checks, and warranty work of HVAC systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults of HVAC systems.
Perform appropriate HVAC system repairs, including heat pumps, furnaces, and water sources heating
Recharge refrigerant levels, check for leaks, and ensure the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Perform energy-efficiency upgrades like installing smart thermostats or sealing ducts.
Ensure the company truck is properly stocked with the appropriate levels of equipment, tools, and consumables.

Requirements:

Job Requirements

For your safety, you must be able pass a pre-employment drug screening (including Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone). Medical marijuana card is not eligible for exclusion.
Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth.
2 years of HVAC field experience
Must have EPA Certification (Level II or Universal Certification) or ability to obtain within 60 days
Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand and crawl for prolonged periods of time
Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces.
Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
Must be over 21
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools
Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights & weekends)
