Role Overview:
As a Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for working with clients, suppliers, business partners, leading Avanade delivery teams in achieving revenues targets. You know how to connect with clients and work well with people. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a boardroom as in front of a whiteboard with your team.
Key Role Responsibilities:

Client and Stakeholder Management:
*
Support PMO Lead on demand management, supplies sourcing, interviews assessments.
*
Manage daily/weekly partnership with suppliers, business partners, cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and beneficial client interaction, achieving revenue goals.
*
Work with the external and internal team, stakeholders, to manage, align demands and fulfillment across projects.
*
Delivers daily, weekly, mthly KPIs on onboarding fulfillment, supporting revenue attainment for projects and accounts.
*
Manage expectations with delivery leads regarding job descriptions, role requirements, and costs for roles assigned to Avanade.

Revenue and Project Goal Management:
*
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals are met and ensure successful project onboarding.
*
Work to meet project financials, role assignments, and ensure consistency with cost management.
*
Project Engagement and Collaboration:
*
Work across all phases of Avanade projects and manage engagements with application leads, demand, and supply sourcing teams.
*
Collaborate with demand leads, TA, recruitment teams, and practice leads to provide solutions for managing project challenges and demands.
*
Project and Operational Management:
*
Handle project requirements, including demand management, supply, and financial queries, ensuring smooth project operations with business partners.
*
Resolve non-standard customer and operational challenges to meet company goals.
*
Suggest resolutions for operational improvements related to capacity and productivity.
*
Delivers Weekly reports on Team achievement.
*
Resource Utilization:
*
Ensure resources are utilized appropriately for day-to-day tasks, assignments, and priorities.
*
Monitor and track the performance of Avanade employees, taking proactive actions if performance issues arise.
*
Continuous Improvement:
*
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the project and proactively identify potential challenges.
*
Deliver customer success and enhance business productivity by focusing on operational efficiency.
Requirements
*
Good Understanding of financial and insurance domain
*
Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan
*
Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by technologies
*
Understands project deliveries that support the business application to be implemented. In particular, understands the following:
*
deliveries implementation, and management
*
System application and platform
*
Banking and Insurance domains
*
Experience consulting with external clients on projects.
*
Experience working with locals on technology implementation and maintenance projects
*
Experience working with offshore teams to facilitate project work
*
Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
*
Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Project Deliveries, PMO, Information Technology, Business Technology.
Minimum of 3-5+ years of relevant system implementation experiences
