**Responsibilities**
Create programs designed to foster external relationships with the hospital or healthcare facility.
+ Identify and help to develop and cultivate strategic relationships with community partners and facilities. Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive new business.
+ Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development including gathering and providing information on the organization's services, specialists, primary care physicians and partner facilities.
+ Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process and work to enhance the overall experience within the organization.
+ Conduct meetings to uncover and identify needs and offer solutions including educational opportunities, practice services and patient-based services to improve utilization and satisfaction.
+ Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities to advance organizational growth targets.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
**Additional Preferences**
+ Strong understanding of the senior living industry in the Waco area, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services.
+ 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience driving occupancy growth in the senior living sector by leveraging strategic lead generation, follow-up, and conversion tactics, while fostering long-term relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community members.
+ Experience in organizing events such as open houses, educational seminars, and family nights to attract new residents, while effectively engaging the local community and collaborating with businesses and organizations to raise brand awareness.
+ Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
