**The Work:**
The SAP Finance Functional Lead is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, and testing.
Responsibilities include:
+ Lead and coordinate functional team activities
+ Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals.Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
+ Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
+ Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment.
+ Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing.
+ Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
**Here’s What You Need:**
+ Federal SAP Finance experience
+ 5 years of experience with any of these SAP modules: Finance (FI), Funds Management (FM), Controlling/Cost Management (CO), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)
+ SAP project management experience
+ Experience leading teams
+ Experience interacting with client leadership
**Bonus Points if you have:**
+ S4/HANA Delivery experience
+ Experience with any Supply Chain modules such as: Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IMWM), Project Systems (PS), Sales and Distribution/Reimbursables (SD), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
+ Relevant SAP certifications

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
