Every day as a Program Manager you will....
+ Ensure the safety and well being of individuals in our care.
+ Plans and implements residential program services for assigned individuals.
+ Assists in providing supervision of individuals in program activities and leisure time, on and off facility grounds
+ Maintains a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program individuals
+ Provides leadership, guidance and support to staff in assigned programs
+ Assists and acts in the absence of the Program Director in areas involving staffing, program delivery, financial management, regulatory compliance, and integration with the treatment team.
**Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS)** center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives. A primary focus throughout the program is the philosophy of Program-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PW-PBIS), a program-wide system of care that promotes and rewards positive behaviors, and prevents negative behaviors, to create safe, supportive living environments. Each year, more than 1,000 children and adolescents receive specialized care, in the environment best suited to the unique challenges they face, all with the goal of providing each child with the academic, social, emotional and life skills needed to flourish in their home community.

**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline to include, but not limited to psychology, sociology, social work, education, pastoral counseling, political science, health, recreation, criminal justice, counseling. Master’s degree preferred.
**EXPERIENCE:** Minimum of two year of supervisory experience required. At least three years experience working directly with
individuals with, developmental disabilities and/or Mental Health/ Behavioral Health disorders.
