**In this role, you will:**
+ Manage and develop a team of professional individual contributors with focus on delivering process improvement services of moderate to high complexity and risk for cross-functional stakeholders and internal parties
+ Manage overall direction for establishing and identifying design and redesign requirements, priorities, risks, and deadlines for assigned initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic plan
+ Allocate and coordinate resources to determine appropriate staff levels with engineering initiatives that are tied to Expense, Cost Avoidance and Revenue improvements
+ Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals
+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives
+ Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
+ Evaluate and deploy technology solutions such as Celonis, Alfresco or other solutions to achieve our transformation objectives
**Primary responsibilities include:**
+ Lead and manage a group of 10+ process engineers supporting assigned lines of business.
+ Delivering and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within lines of business supported by a showcasing process improvement successes.
+ Engage with Executive leaders to understand current priorities and partner on strategic initiatives and transformation activities.
+ Establish clear accountability on your team to ensure appropriate coverage across assigned lines of business based on ROI.
+ Develop and execute a multiyear transformation strategy supporting the full range of business products, data and operations available.
+ Develop and nurture core competencies of engineering to ensure technical capabilities are built and that knowledge and experience are maintained.
+ Provide guidance, oversight, and resources in various stages of the engineering project lifecycle from conceptual design, detailed design, specification, implementation, trouble-shooting and continuous improvement.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 8+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 4+ years of Management experience
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt certification
+ Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
+ Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
+ Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
+ Knowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as Excel Data Analysis add-in
+ Change Management skills such as Prosci/ADKAR
+ Experience with Alfresco (Light-weight workflow tool) and/or Celonis
+ Experience with intelligent automation (such as RPA, RDA, OCR)
+ Knowledge and understanding of Rapid Process Automation software such as Blue Prism Experience managing BPM Suites such as iGrafx, ARIS, Mega, IBM Blueworks, or Pega
+ Experience in Business Process Management practices
+ Experience with enterprise capabilities & processes
+ Experience in object-oriented modeling & process decomposition
+ Familiar with Process Architecture in a large Financial Services organization
+ Understanding of reference architecture / taxonomies (e.g. ITIL, APQC-PCF, CoBiT)
+ Familiar with Agile tools like JIRA, CA Rally
+ Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
+ Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
+ Ability to work overnight and weekends as needed or scheduled
