Position: Physical Therapist I
The Physical Therapist I (PT I) evaluates, treats, and manages patients with physical limitations and medical conditions under the supervision of clinical leadership. Using evidence-based techniques, the PT I prescribes and implements treatment plans to help patients achieve their maximum functional potential. The PT I collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and aligns their practice with the hospital's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct objective evaluations to assess patients' physical and medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to optimize patient function.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve patient-centered goals and outcomes.
- Actively participate in service, department, and hospital improvement projects to enhance patient care.
- Uphold and operationalize the hospital's goals and objectives within the care setting.
Education and Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure by the State of Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
- Current AHA Health Care Provider CPR certification.
Work Experience:
- Successful completion of required clinical internships during academic training.

Salary Range: Minimum 35.93 per hour - Maximum 59.32 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
