**POSITION SUMMARY:**
Introducing Nestlé Purina’s new Williamsburg Township, Ohio, factory – just 30 miles east of Cincinnati. This world-class factory will be built from the ground up to produce a wide variety of some of the most trusted and beloved pet care brands in the U.S. Our passionate team in Williamsburg Township will work in an environment that values safety, the latest technology in manufacturing and a culture of learning. As the Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment where you will perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity. You will prioritize and manage workload using various tools.
This position will start out on day shift working at Nestle Purina’s temporary office building, located a mile from the Williamsburg Township facility. The first several months of this role are project-related with the goal of planning and developing the Warehouse department as we approach operational startup. This position will require travel up to 25% for training purposes to other Nestle Purina factory locations within the U.S.
**Once the Williamsburg Township facility reaches operational startup, the schedule will change to Monday-Friday 5pm-1am.** There will be little to no travel required once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate shipping activities and perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity
+ Prepare and maintain productivity reports, shipping documents, pick/load slips and various other shipping office paperwork
+ Assist with the transfer of products between factory and outside storage
+ Assist with the coordination of product returns and/or rejected materials
+ Perform a monthly aging inventory for both outside storage and in-house
+ Monitor and ensure RF unit integrity to promote high productivity.
**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1+ years shipping, logistics or warehouse experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, military or related environment
**Other:**
+ Experience using SAP or other Warehouse Management System
+ Must be willing to travel up to 25% for training purposes until factory operational startup and/or you are fully qualified in your role. There will be little to no travel required once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.

The approximate pay range for this position is $44,000 to $59,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
