Legal Regulatory Change Coordinator (Associate)

The Card Services - Business Practices -Legal Regulatory Change Coordinator (Associate) will be responsible for performing the daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities that relates to legal regulatory change management process, which includes legal obligation mapping, providing awareness on regulatory or policy changes, and procedure change management. This position sits within the Business Practices Team in the Card Services Chief Administrative Office (CAO), a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking Group.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Coordinate the timely completion of Legal, Regulatory and Policy change management processes, which include engaging Card Business stakeholders, Control, Legal, Risk and Compliance

+ Develop a deep understanding of Legal, Regulatory and Policy change processes and drivers

+ Oversee the annual procedure certification process for Card business

+ Coordinate and lead meetings to engage business partners and facilitate the assessment of Legal, Regulatory and Policy change impact to business

+ Provide assistance to business partners and respond to ad hoc requests

+ Participate in the preparation of line of business metrics and status reports

+ Escalate issues to manager to ensure consistent execution as appropriate

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 3 + years' experience in global financial services preferably with knowledge of Card business

+ Prior experience with Business Management, Control, Regulatory or Compliance activities a plus

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred

+ Ability to take ownership for assigned deliverables, prioritizing multiple tasks where necessary, and proactively manage deliverables to timely completion.

+ Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organization

+ Strong written & oral communication skills

+ Be results-oriented with a keen attention to details an accuracy

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
