**Position Description:** **RN**
**BayCare Health System** is currently seeking a Pool/PRN **Registered Nurse Department Pool** to join our outstanding and compassionate **PACU** team at **Winter Haven Hospital** .
**The RN responsibilities include:**
+ Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
+ Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
+ Professional accountability and development.
+ Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.

+ BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
+ RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
+ ACLS Certification is required
+ Nurse Specialty certification is preferred **Education:**
+ Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
+ Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred **Experience:** · 18 months of RN experience in PACU, critical care, and/or emergency department is required. **Specific Skills:**

+ Clinical skills appropriate to position
